Message from Principal

Over the last six years I have been immensely privileged to serve the Assumption community as youth ministry director and teacher. As I take on the responsibilities of Principal of Assumption School, I find myself all the more thankful for the opportunities to serve in such a special way. Throughout our proud 112-year history, Assumption School has been a place where students can grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually. Learning is a life-long process for students, teachers, and parents alike. As Assumption’s “Lead Learner,” I will strive to celebrate our history while continuing to foster a growth mindset.

Our amazing teachers work hard to create an exceptional learning environment for our students. However, there is no replacement for the parent’s role in the lives of their children. You will always be their first and primary teachers. Together we can accomplish so much. We have a wonderful Home-School Association (HSA) that can use all of your unique talents, so please get involved!

Whether you have only recently enrolled or have been a part of the Assumption family for many years, I encourage you to explore the resources on this website. Additionally, you can follow us on Facebook for up-to-date events and information throughout the year. Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can be of any assistance. We are here to help you and, most importantly, help your child succeed! Thank you for allowing us to partner with you in preparing your children for whatever the Lord leads them to in life.
